SAFRG in conjunction with Resource Alliance, London is on the anvil of starting an intense 20 Days Certificate Course in Delhi with Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan which is one of the premier with many branches in India and abroad. This course will encompass all sources and techniques that can be employed to fundraise. We propose to put through 25 participants in each course and will conduct 4 courses in a year. In the second year the course will be started in other places to cover the whole country/region.

There is considerable interest in seeing a quality foundation course and qualification established from both the donor community and the NGO sector. Both, Resource Alliance, London and SAFRG, have long years of experience in providing fundraising training and are adequately equipped and credible to be able to offer this.

A number of focused consultative sessions for a training curriculum, course methods and materials, course levels have been held and a curriculum has been developed and indigenized. The entire course material including, tutor and student notes, power point presentations and case studies are ready for launch.
