Bend your knees and lower your hips until both legs are nearly at 90-degree angles, keeping your back straight and shoulders square. Return to standing by pressing through your heels. Do 10–12 reps per side.

Sword Draws

Start with your feet together and your weight balanced. Shift your weight to your left foot and take a backswing, stopping when the club is parallel to the ground. Bring the club back down to the ball, striking it on the upswing. Finish with your weight on your right foot, following through after impact. This golf drill is great for improving your accuracy and distance control.

Hip Drops
